Where do you ship?

Free tracked delivery within the UK.  If you are based outside of the UK  or your item is very large then please contact me for delivery costs.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December this can be a bit slower.



What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

All orders are tracked so do let me know if your item hasn't arrived in good time.  I will let you know when your order has been sent out and when you should expect it.



Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition.  Unfortunately I cannot accept any personalised items for return unless they are faulty.
